I'm curious to know who's read what books by former NHL greats. Which ones would you recommend and why? What ones might you steer people away from and why? I got thinking about this tonight after checking some YouTube hockey videos, including fanboying it up from a distance while Gretzky, Orr, and Lemieux shared a […]

The Anderson I remember has roared back with a vengeance! Stopped 45 of 46 shots! And Murray was none-too-shabby either: 28 of 30! Another Game 7 in this year's playoffs! Hope it's a good one! Who had this series picked to go seven games? I confess that I didn't think Ottawa would be here.

But you gotta give to […]
Such a cool topic. @yave1964: You've thought to and beyond where my brain could go quickly or extendedly with this thread. I'd have to go a-peekin' and a-thinkin' before coming close to catching up. Gretzky and Messier are the ones among the ones for me. The first who popped into my noggin. That kind of […]
A great player in his day, sadly, Bill passed away at 77 yesterday. He was famous for being part of Team Canada in the famous Summit Series of 1972. One of the top d men of his era. http://www.freep.com/story/sports/nhl/2017/05/22/former-nhl-all-star-bill-white-dies-at-77/102019490/
Yes I would agree with you! The Senators are going to be a desperate team! I'm hoping Murray/ Fleury could come out strong! I think that Murray is the better of the two and Fleury has played well for the most part in the 2017 playoffs
