I noted that they had won 10 straight in one of the Hershey threads a few days ago. The only name on there that I see that is Caps property is Travis Morin. Werner was called up to Hershey this past week. Let's hope the farm teams' successes can translate to the Caps sooner rather than later. The only name on there that I see that is Caps property is Travis Morin. Werner was called up to Hershey this past week. Let's hope the farm teams' successes can translate to the Caps sooner rather than later. Haverliack was just signed due to Parley being recalled to Hershey when Cassivi was recalled to Washngton. He's their main guy in the nets but he isn't Caps property. Machesney is the only Caps goalie prospect playing pro hockey. Ive met a couple of the guys down there all good guys--I go to school at Charleston. have big dreams of playing in Hershey.. Some played a few preseason games with the Caps and loved just being in the same lockerroom with Ovie. Maybe one could turn out to be a good player for us--who knows? I'm really pleased with Travis Morin. He's leading the team in scoring. 6th in rookie scoring and 30th overall in league scoring. Through 26 games he has 28 points (12+16). I wouldn't be suprised to see him in Hershey at some point this year and make a fair impact. He's really come a long way from the 9th round pick out of Minnesota State Mankato. He has a pretty fair shot at being a good pick by McPhee after the first round.

The 3-0 score held until 54:07 when St. Francis finally found the cage. However. Colgate answered back at 58:15 when first-year Laura Denenga finalized the advance at 4-1."The biggest moment of the St. Francis bet was when we started putting in substitutions in the second half," Watrobski said. "The substitutions were so fluid and the intensity [of the game] never went down; each player came in as if they were playing the whole game every girl played her heart out."The ladies looked to clinch another win on Saturday against the Lock Haven Lady Eagles. Ten minutes in. Lock Haven scored its first goal of the bet. At 28:27 they followed it up when Susann Hobart drew Raider goalie Sarah Penderson out of the goal only to come down past her and find the cage. - which you should definitely analyse out and not just because they have in mind my name. While I'm at it. I can't say enough good things about the. In addition to the fact that it's a great hockey source. I'm change surface more impressed with how it caused me to almost immediately get over my knee-jerk desire to detest it simply because of the big corporate AOL logo. It's sort of desire a Barnes and Noble over there in that you want to dislike the big giant arrange but then you get inside everything's laid out beautifully and there is plenty you want to read. Of course the Fanhouse is better because unlike Barnes and Noble you can enjoy it in the nude. Boy did I learn that the hard way. What? I'm the only one who sees a couch and a good book and feels the urge to act his pants off and relax? I'm not the bad guy here it's society. Anyway. Eric did a great job with the wrap up of the Ice Bowl story and thanks to all the boys from the FanHouse who were in touch with me about it. From what I have been able to figure out it was more important for the NHL to be able to say that they sold out in half an hour than it was for them to alter sure that the alter fans got into the game. On the bright side that decision has led to a lot of decent touch from study not generally known for being particularly respectful of hockey. They have been praising the drawing power of the NHL and raised the game's profile. This is great stuff. The bad part is. I truly believe the NHL could have had it's cover and ate it too. Like most of the massively embarrassing PR blunders the NHL has made and continues to alter. (. )this all could have been avoided if the NHL had actually LISTENED to it's fans something it seems tragically unable to do. The Hockey Blogs and websites have been calling the Ice Bowl the beat kept secret in sports for a reason- people were really excited about it. The outdoor game in Edmonton was a big deal and I was pissed when it wasn't on television was something that people loved. I really believe that the game would have sold out quickly without the backstage maneuvering and both the fans and the league would have been thrilled. Also to address the baffling challenge of why tickets were set aside for Toronto Blue Jays Season book holders bears reprinting:The Jays and the Bills have promotions for joint season tickets whereby if you buy your Bills tickets through your Jays account you would answer for a discount. Or something to that cause. Paul Godfrey president of the Jays has been a huge proponent of bringing the NFL to Toronto and has had strong ties to the Bills organisation dating approve to his days as publisher of the Toronto Sun. I undergo no idea if this is true as if there are two things I couldn't furnish less of a egest about it's Canadian baseball and cow football but it sounds plausible to me. If anybody can affirm or deny this. I'm all ears. Ultimately at the end of the day. I am thrilled for hockey. This game is going to happen it's a runaway sellout and ordain certainly help to restore some of the excitement that many hockey fans undergo lost since the lockout. I just wish I coulda scored a ticket. Who knows though? There are definitely still some tickets out there and maybe just maybe- I could sight one. Unlike these two guys who play on my street hockey aggroup. I guess I just haven't looked everywhere yet.

The request came after the former Detroit Red Wings star and his wife. Colleen on Tuesday filed an eight-count stalking lawsuit in Oakland County Circuit Court claiming Lionel and Karen Dorfman a retired couple in their 70s have engaged in unlawful eavesdropping and invasion of privacy for more than a year. The lawsuit alleged the Dorfmans have had a camera trained on the Howes’ domiciliate that takes one enter every five seconds — more than 17,000 videotaped photos a day — and are using them for “publishing the irrelevant harassing private and personal information to neighbors township officials and others.” The Dorfmans said their arouse stems from their belief the Howes have used the communicate for business purposes since 2006 in violation of homeowner association rules and township law. “I can’t accept Gordie Howe wants all of this to come out,” “It’s going to be hard to say anything negative about Mr. Hockey but maybe it’s the only way to end our problem.” Dorfman said there is a constant move of vehicles at Howe’s domiciliate many parking on the change private road directly across from Dorfman’s driveway. Howe’s attorney. Roger A. Howe also has a Web place offering information on autographed merchandise and appearances but “he’s not operating a business out of his home,” said Smith who described Howe as “a celebrity and a business himself wherever he is.” The lawsuit alleges the Dorfmans’ “window peeping and repeated harassment” violates township ordinances and has caused severe mental suffer to Howe because it prompted sensitive information to be published within the community about his wife. Colleen who requires around-the-clock nursing care. “Everyone knows he’s a great hockey player and this shows he is a great husband providing a caring safe environment for his wife,” “That’s really what this is over: They don’t like caregivers parking their cars there to provide compassionate for Colleen.” The Howes met with the association a year ago and denied rules violations but according to the lawsuit the Dorfmans then became “increasingly consumed with a continued campaign ” against Howe. Early this year the Dorfmans contacted township officials with their concerns and on Feb. 5 the Howes received a letter stating they had violated a township ordinance by listing their home communicate on their corporate Web site. After the Howes dropped the address the Dorfmans continued to pursue their belief the Howes were doing business there. On June 26. Smith met with a township attorney and was provided photos of the Howe home taken back to August 2006. Smith was told the Dorfmans had a camera aimed at the Howe residence 24 hours a day. Dorfman insists he was encouraged — by both the 42-home association and the township — to preserve “bear witness” against Howe. Neither the township’s attorney nor association officers could be reached for comment Wednesday. Oakland Circuit adjudicate Edward Sosnick issued the temporary order Tuesday that bans advance photographing videotaping or audio recording of the Howes or premises and also orders the Dorfmans to hold and not undo any video or audio records already made of the Howes their family or friends.
