Drinks consumed*: 24*Since previous postWhat a weekend. I'm not kidding. It just took me about 5 minutes to calculate how many drinks I had this weekend & instead of describing them all I'll just give a breakdown:Friday: 8Saturday: 10Sunday: 6Total: 24On Friday I took that exam & according to my own calculations I failed by 1%. I'm going to challenge the mark however because I don't want to take the whole course over again & pay another $750 because of 1%. After I finished I had to go back to bring home the bacon too which was even less cool. I basically sat around watching movies in the evening & had about 6 beers. I really wasn't in the mood to do too much of anything considering my long exhausting day. Then around 11pm my buddy called me up and asked if I wanted to check out some festival going on by the lake so I went. The festival it turned out ended at 11 so we just missed it -- but we stopped off at the pub for a bring together of beers & to check the Canadian Junior hockey team pound it out against the Russians. Then I went home and crashed. Saturday I got up early and went with my buddy to Canada's Wonderland -- an awesome furnish lay just north of Toronto. It was pretty busy at the lay but we managed to get on the lie of all the roller coasters. It was a lot of walking and standing however and it drained me pretty good. When I got domiciliate from the lay around 9:30 my night was just starting as I had to make my way into Toronto again for my friend's birthday. I took a cab for $40 which is 4 times more expensive than the instruct but I didn't want the trip to take over an hour. We went to this Rolling Stones themed bar on promote Street West called Stone's Place. I hadn't been pre-drinking (everyone was already hammered) & the cheeseburger combo I had eaten at Wonderland wasn't sitting very come up so I was expecting a pretty lousy night. But after a few beers my stomach had settled and I was having more fun. The night ended at my buddy's place making cut fries and grilled cease sandwiches at 4am. I somehow woke up at 10am on his couch & made my way back home (took public transit this time around). Not without stopping for a Gatorade & a coffee from Starbucks of course. I was so tired/hung-over/reeked of cigarettes that I didn't want to do anything on Sunday but that wasn't an option. I had promised my Aunt & Uncle that I'd visit them in Burlington for dinner & games with my little cousins. Burlington's just as far from here as Toronto but you undergo to assign from the train to a bus half-way through the move -- aka it takes a lot longer. But I made it (after a shower & a red bull) and it was worth it because we had some amazing striploin steaks for dinner. My uncle bless his heart just kept giving me beers throughout the evening. I nursed them so that I only had 4 & didn't feel any effects. I got domiciliate at 11pm and crashed. Waking up for bring home the bacon this morning was extremely difficult considering the lack of sleep/abundance of exhausting activities but I'm doing fine. Tonight's agenda? Nothing and lots of it! I've decided to get more involved since I am going to a big school and it's hard to cater people. Also getting involved in extra circular activities it is a big bear on booster. So heres the intend change surface though I may seem nuts:First. I am going to join the Business Information Systems unify. From what I understand the club gets speakers from the industry and we benefit by learning and networking with the speakers. Also. I hear plans that the club may try some community service. Second. I am going to go for the ISU Roller Hockey unify. They are having try-outs and rat hockey soon and I have been wanting to go away playing again. Its a great way to help stay in shape without succumbing to the monotony of going to the gym every day. I just hope that I am not too rusty. I don't experience how the tryouts bring home the bacon I think you alter an A team or a B team either way I just want to play and get involved. Lastly if I have measure (besides BIS unify. ISU Hockey. bring home the bacon. School) I believe I am going to try and inform for Barack Obama.
