Topeka RoadRunners coach Scott Langer likes for his team to be involved in a close and intense game every once in a while. Langer got his wish Friday night at Landon Arena after his RoadRunners pulled out a 2-1 shootout victory against Springfield. The Topeka RoadRunners ask that fans attending today's 7:05 p m game against Springfield carry a teddy bear to toss onto the ice after the RoadRunners score their first goal.
